Tim Magee joined Devereux in 1981 as a junior architect to work on a number of projects in the education, veterinary and healthcare sectors. He became a partner of the practice in 1987, and a Director on incorporation in 2001. Tim has led the formation of numerous joint ventures with other architects in the UK and Ireland. Since the practice's merger with PM Group in 2007 he has relocated to Dublin where he leads new business and project teams for the whole of Ireland.
Tim has been responsible for delivering complex and highly serviced projects to a range of clients in different sectors. He believes that greater benefit can be delivered to customers through careful project planning, risk management and a structured iterative spatial approach to design and problem solving. Examples include award winning projects at Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Herts and Essex Hospital in Bishops Stortford and The Shannon Clinic in Belfast as well as containment laboratory buildings for the Central Veterinary Agency, The Royal Veterinary College and The National Institute for Biological Standards Council.
