Darius joined the practice in 1996 and is now Managing Director of the business in the UK. Darius is in charge of the four UK offices whilst remaining the practice sector lead for education and research facilities. Darius remains actively involved in live project work whilst generating new business with key clients within universities, schools and commercial enterprises. Darius is the lead director responsible for various third level teaching and research facilities, including a number for King's College London, the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and Exeter University. He is also operating as Design Advisor to one of the National Academy Framework members.

Darius continues to be an active member of their Buildings Committee and a member of 'Building Schools for the Future & Academy professionals', and 'EducationNow'.
