Brian joined Devereux Architects in 2011 after many years in private practice in Ireland. In recent times Brian acted as Design Director for a practice in Oman, working mainly on design concepts for Government buildings, universities and private colleges.

Brian has joined the practice as Devereux Architects’ lead in the Middle East and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in particular and is based in Riyadh. Healthcare and Education are key areas of focus for Brian and the team in Riyadh.

Brian’s expertise includes the completion of a number of award winning buildings in Ireland, projects include Masterplanning and Urban Renewal for large scale residential and mixed use developments, architectural design and innovation, transportation and infrastructure, industrial and pharmaceutical, commercial offices, residential, hospitality and entertainment and healthcare.

Brian’s broad experience includes managing the design team and design development process from initial concept to completion.

Environmental and sustainable design is a key area of interest for Brian, he is currently completing a Masters Degree - MSc Architecture in Advanced Environmental and Energy Studies with CAT in Wales and UEL London.
